How we can help with your onshore trust requirements

Fiduchi provides professional trustee services and associated administration services, utilising a market-leading administration platform, in respect of their clients’ UK based employee trust requirements.

Typically UK based employee trusts are used in the facilitation of tax advantaged all-employee share plans - Share Incentive Plans (SIPs) and Sharesave/Save As You Earn (SAYE).

Whilst UK trusteeship is unregulated, Fiduchi is regulated in Jersey for Trust Company Business and applies the same principles to its provision of onshore trusteeship as those applied in its provision of offshore trusteeship.

We are expertly positioned to establish new trusts or accept the transfer of existing trusts. In either case, our experience is such that we are able to work alongside clients and their advisors to assist with clients’ specific requirements. Typically the trustee will:

SIP

Acquire “partnership shares” on behalf of employees;
Hold shares on behalf of employees during the plan holding period;
Hedge the “free shares” and “matching shares” elements of awards.

SAYE

The facilitation of the satisfaction of options granted to employees.
