Tom has spent the majority of his near 20-year finance industry career in Employee Incentives, primarily in the provision of trusteeship and administration services to a broad cross-section of clients, from multinational and FTSE 100 companies to small private companies. Tom is responsible for the Employee Incentives Team at Fiduchi, following leadership roles at a large, listed financial services provider and, more recently, a law firm affiliated trust company. He is also a member of the Fiduchi Board of Directors.
Tom is a qualified accountant with a first-class honours degree in Applied Accounting and has a strong technical ability. He favours a solutions-driven approach, balanced with integrity and commerciality, to ensure clients are provided with efficient service tailored to their specific requirements.
Away from work, Tom enjoys spending spare time with family and friends, walking the dogs and playing the guitar.
