Martin is a member of the Institute of Chartered  Institute of Taxation in the UK with over 25 years’ experience in Financial Services. His work includes the tax efficient structuring of employee remuneration including share plans, pension plans, bonus and “flex” plans, expatriate tax planning and compliance services, and advising on PAYE/NIC compliance.

Martin has designed and established share incentive plan for corporate entities ranging from private companies to FTSE 100 companies. He works closely with the business development teams across Fiduchi Group to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to meet individual client requirements.
