Mark joins the Employee Incentives team at Fiduchi, having spent over 30 years working for financial institutions in the city of London. He joined the city just before the stock market went through its deregulation, known as the ‘Big Bang’. The majority of his career was spent at JPMorgan Cazenove, working in several roles, including Pension Fund administration, Trading and Corporate Finance. In 2014 Equiniti acquired the Corporate Dealing team from JPMorgan, and Mark was appointed Managing Director and joined the leadership team within the financial services business. More recently, Mark spent time with Global Shares as Market Development Director. His far-reaching network of connections and outstanding knowledge of the share plan and employee incentives business has been key to his longevity within the industry.
Outside of work, Mark is a keen sportsman and can often be found on the Tennis court in the summer and throwing himself down a ski slope during the winter months. He has a passion for classic cars and is the proud owner of an Austin Healey 3000.
