Independent Employee Services provider Fiduchi has appointed Cynthia Ehiagwina as Share Plan Administrator for - Fiduchi Trustees (UK) Limited. Cynthia will be working closely with both Maxine Atkins and Martin Benson supporting the development of Fiduchi's UK Employee Services offering.
Prior to joining Fiduchi, Cynthia spent four years working for Link Asset Services (formerly Capita Asset Services) providing share plan services to corporate entities ranging from owner-managed businesses to FTSE, AIM and internationally listed companies, with a variety of different employee share plan designs including share incentive plans (SIP), executive share plan, international share plans, enterprise management incentives (EMI) and long-term incentive plan (LTIP).
Cynthia holds an MSc in Global Financial Information Systems and BSc in Business Studies. Commenting on her appointment, Martin Benson - Director of Fiduchi Trustees (UK) Limited said:
