Fiduchi has launched a new training and study programme aimed at attracting and supporting talented graduates into the Finance industry. On an annual basis, Fiduchi aims to employ up to 3 university graduates to join our highly competitive 5-year training programme. The bespoke structured training scheme will be crafted to the graduate's strengths as the trainee, and align the goals and aspirations of the individuals to the demanding multi-jurisdictional expertise required to exceed client expectations.

The Graduate programme involves a 12 month intense training period at Fiduchi which is supported by a team of experienced Administrators, Managers and Directors. Following on from this, trainees can then choose which Post-graduate qualification they would like to study and determine the flexibility of study.
