Fiduchi offers a Trainee and study programme aimed at attracting and supporting talented students into the Finance industry. On an annual basis, Fiduchi aims to employ up to 3 trainees to join our highly competitive 2-year training programme starting each September. The bespoke structured training scheme will be crafted to the trainee’s strengths as the trainee, and align the goals and aspirations of the individuals to the demanding multi-jurisdictional expertise required to exceed client expectations.

The trainee programme involves a 2-year training period with department rotation plans for the 3 key departments at Fiduchi which is supported by a team of experienced Administrators, Managers and Directors. Trainees can choose which professional qualification they would like to study and determine the flexibility of study. A great package and staff benefits complement this trainee programme.
